55. RESULTS OF THE ANTARDASAS IN THE MAHADASA OF THE MOON

स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रगे चन्द्रे त्रिकोणे लाभगेऽपि वा ।
भाग्यकर्माधिपैर्युक्ते गजाश्वाम्बरसंकुलम ॥ १ ॥

देवतागुरुभक्तिश्च पुण्यश्लोकादिकीर्तनम् ।
राज्यलाभो महत्सौख्यं यशोवृद्धिः सुखावहा ॥ २ ॥

पूर्णे चन्द्रे बलं पूर्णं सेनापत्यं महत्सुखम् ॥ २/½ ॥

1-2½: If the Moon is posited in the exaltation sign, own sign, Angles, Trines or in the 11th house or in conjunction with the lords of the 9th or the 10th house, the Antardasa of the Moon also in the Mahadasa of the Moon will deliver elephants, horses, gain of clothes, faith in ones own convictions, worship of deities, recitation of hymns (Statoras) for the attainment of benevolent aspirations, kingdom, utmost happiness, raise in fame etc. If the Moon has the full strength, native gets the position of a commander and attains great happiness.

Balance Dasa at the time of birth : Ketu 4 years, 3 months, 9 days. The Moon is in the Ketu's Nakshatra and in the state (Avastha) of 'Kautuka' as a result of which the native became king and extremely wealthy. During the Moon Maha and Antardasas, the native acquired Cooking Gas Agency. This period was between 10-10-1993 and 10-8-1994. In the same duration, his 'cable' manufacturing factory got commissioned and ran very successfully. He also obtained an export license in the same period. In the natal horoscope, the Moon being the lord of the 3rd house is aspecting the 10th house and due to the Moon's position in the Nakshatra of Ketu, sudden rise in fortune was expected.

In this chart, the Moon is the lord of the 10th house (for profession) and posited in the 12th house (for export) in conjunction with the lord of the 11th house (for gains). Mars as the 7th lord having exchange with the Ascendant's lord of the Dashamsa (Venus) indicates overall prosperity in the business.

पापयुक्तेऽथवा चन्द्रे नीचे वा रिष्फषष्ठगे ॥ ३ ॥

तत्काले धननाश: स्यात् स्थानच्युतिरथापि वा ।
देहालस्यं मनस्तापो राजमन्त्रिविरोधकृत् ॥ ४ ॥

मातृक्लेशो मनोदुःखं निगडं बन्धुनाशनम् ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु रन्ध्ररिष्फेशसंयुते ॥ ५ ॥

देहजाड्यं महाभंगमपमृत्योर्भयं वदेत् ।
श्वेतां गां महिषीं दद्यात् स्वदशान्तर्गते विधौ ॥ ६ ॥

3-6 : If the Moon duly conjunct with the malefic plants or placed in the 6th or the 8th house, the Antardasa or Mahadasa of the Moon will cause heavy financial loss, destruction of house, physical apathy, mental disturbances, opposition from the minis ters, mother's distress, sadden heart, imprisonment, loss of ac quaintances. If the Moon is the lord of the 2nd or the 7th house or in conjunction with the lord of the 12th or the 8th house, it will indicate body stiffness, some disease or early death. To mellow down the evil effects, white cow, buffalo (female) be given in charity.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते भौमे लग्नात्केन्द्रत्रिकोणगे ।
सौभाग्यं राजसन्मानं वस्त्राभरणभूषणम् ॥ ७ ॥

यत्नात् कार्यार्थसिद्धिस्तु भविष्यति न संशयः ।
गृहक्षेत्राभिवृद्धिश्च व्यवहारे जयो भवेत् ॥ ८ ॥

कार्यलाभो महत्सौख्यं स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रगे फलम् ॥ ८½ ॥

7-8½: From the Ascendant, if Mars is placed in Angle or Trine and is in its own sign, the Antardasa of Mars and Mahadasa of the Moon will undoubtedly bring more good luck, felicitation from the king (Government), acquisition of clothes and ornaments, success in ventures but through sustained efforts, increase of land and property, extraordinary success in the business or profit from the professional activities, utmost happiness etc.

Example-26 : Data: Date of birth 20-11-1952; Time of birth 18 13 hrs (IST); latitude 28°43(N); longitude 77°-55' (E); Balance Dasa : ketu 0 year, 0 month, 16 days. Antardasa of Mars in the Moon's Mahadasa operated between 7-10-1979 and 7-5-1980.

Mars is in Uttar Ashada Nakshatra of the Sun. In the horoscope, the Sun being the lord of the 4th house (signifator of agricultural produce), posited in the 7th house (business) in conjunction with Mercury (significator of wealth), the lord of the 2nd

house (finance). Mars lord of the 7th house (business) and in the Nakshatra of the Sun is posited in the 9th house in its exaltation sign.

In Dashamsa chart, Mars is in Angle house and having an exchange with Venus. In Chaturamsa Chart (for fortune) Mars is again in its exaltation position. Therefore, Mars will certainly give profits from the foreign countries during its period, though these profits will be invested in some other business activities.

तथाष्टमव्यये भौमे पापयुक्तेऽथ वा यदि ॥ ९ ॥

दायेशादशुभस्थाने देहार्तिः परवीक्षिते ।
गृहक्षेत्रादिहानिश्च व्यवहारे तथा क्षतिः ॥ १० ॥

भृत्यवर्गेषु कलहो भूपालस्य विरोधनम् ।
आत्मबन्धुवियोगश्च नित्यं निष्ठुरभाषणम् ॥ ११ ॥

द्वितीये धूननाथे तु रन्ध्रे रन्ध्राधिपो यदा ।
तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं ब्राह्मणस्याऽर्चनं चरेत् ॥ १२ ॥

9-12 : In case Mars duly conjunct with the malefic planets and is placed in the 6th, the 8th orthe 12th house and in inauspicious house from Mahadasa lord, in the Mar's Antardasa, will cause disease, loss in agriculture and business, conflict with borthers, opposition of the king, grief of relatives, sarcastic and bitter utter ances every day. If the same Mars becomes the lord of the 2nd or the 7th house or posited or takes up the lordship of the 8th house, the effects will be the worst. To mitigate the evil effects of the Mars, utter respect be paid to the Brahmins.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते राहौ लग्नात् केन्द्रत्रिकोणगे ।
आदौ स्वल्पफलं ज्ञेयं शत्रुपीडा महद्भयम् ॥ १३ ॥

चौराहिराजभीतिश्च चतुष्पाज्जीवपीडनम् ।
बन्धुनाशो मित्रहानिर्मानहानिर्मनोव्यथा ॥ १४ ॥

13-14: During the Moon's Mahadasa and the Antardasa of Rahu, if Rahu is in Angle or Trine from the Ascendant, in the beginning, there will be very little good results and thereafter it will cause trouble from the enemies, great fear, theft, fright, danger from the king, disease to the animal, destruction of the relatives, loss of friend, embarrasment and mental distress.

शुभयुक्ते शुभैर्दृष्टे लग्नादुपचयेऽपि वा ।
योगकारकसम्बन्धे सर्वकार्यार्थसिद्धिकृत् ॥ १५ ॥

नैर्ऋत्ये पश्चिमे भागे क्वचित्प्रभुसमागमः ।
वाहनाम्बरलाभश्च स्वेष्टकार्यार्थसिद्धिकृत् ॥ १६ ॥

15-16 : If Rahu is posited in the Upachaya houses (3, 6, 10, 11) and in conjunction with or aspected by the benefic planets or form connections with the Yogakarka planets, in its Antardasa, there will be success in all the works, meeting with the king in the south-west or westernly direction, gains of vehicles, clothes and will have success in all jobs of liking.

दायेशादथ रन्ध्रस्थे व्यये वा बलवर्जिते ।
स्थानभ्रंशो मनोदुःखं पुत्रक्लेशो महद्भयम् ॥ १७ ॥

दारपीडा क्वचिज्ज्ञेया कवचित्स्वांगे रुजोभयम् ।
वृश्चिकादिविषाद् भीतिश्चौराहिनृपपीडनम् ॥ १८ ॥

17-18: A weak Rahu posited in the 8th or the 12th place from the lord of Mahadasa, will cause mental conflicts, danger to son, grave fear, at times trouble to the wife or self sickness, danger from scorpio or serpent (reptiles) or from thief and persecution by the king.

दायेशात्केन्द्रकोणे वा दुश्चिक्ये लाभगेऽपि वा ।
पुण्यतीर्थफलावाप्तिर्देवतादर्शनं महत् ॥ १९ ॥

परोपकारधर्मादिपुण्यकर्मादिसंग्रहः ।
द्वितीयद्यूनराशिस्थे देहबाधा भविष्यति ॥ २० ॥

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं रुद्रजाप्यं समाचरेत् ।
छागदानं प्रकुर्वीत देहारोग्यं प्रजायते ॥ २१ ॥

19-21 : If Rahu is in Angle or Trine or the 3rd or the 11th house from the lord of the 10th house, native receives benefits of the pilgrimage of the holy shrines, perception of deity, develops inclination towards benevolent works, religious, sacred and pious deeds. If the same Rahu is placed in the 2nd or the 7th house, physical sickness will be caused. For warding off the evil effects, Mantras (Japa) of Lord Shiva be recited and goat be given in charity so that good health is maintained.

All the astrological savants considered Upachaya houses as favourable. Rahu's presence in the 10th house enforces pilgrimage during its period. The position of Rahu in the 2nd or the 7th house gives all kind of body ailments when the lords of these houses are at inauspicious places. The succeeding example will make this concept quite clear.

Example-27 :

Data : Date of birth 19-2-1961; Time of birth 16-00 hrs (IST), Latitude 28°-50 (N), Longitude 78°-40' (E).

Balance Dasa Ketu 5 years, 9 months, 22 days. Rahu Antardasa of Moon's Mahadasa, runs from 14-5-1994 to 13-11-1995.

In this horoscope, Rahu is situated in the 2nd house, in the sign of the Sun posited in the 8th an inauspicious house. Therefore, in the beginning of the Antardasa of Rahu of Moon's Mahadasa, the native suffered physical distress. In the same period theft had also taken place. The position of Rahu in the 2nd house caused theft or loss of some precious items and also creates conflicts at home.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते जीवे लग्नात्केन्द्रत्रिकोणगे ।
स्वगेहे लाभगे स्वोच्चे राज्यलाभो महोत्सवः ॥ २२ ॥

वस्त्राऽलंकारभूषाप्ती राजप्रीतिर्धनागमः ।
इष्टदेवप्रसादेन गर्भाधानादिकं फलम् ॥ ३३ ॥

तथा शोभनकार्याणि गृहे लक्ष्मी: कटाक्षकृत् ।
राजाश्रयं धनं भूमिगजवाजिसमन्वितम् ॥ २४ ॥

महाराजप्रसादेन स्वेष्टसिद्धिः सुखावहा ॥ २४½ ॥

22-24½: From the Ascendant, if Jupiter is posited in Angle Trine, in exaltation or own sign or in the 11th house, the Antardasa of Jupiter of the Mahadasa of the Moon will bestow kingdom, high profiled functions, clothes, ornaments, pleasure of the king, con ception with the blessings of devoted deity etc. Also pious work, wealth with the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi (wealth) and the sovereign, land, assets of elephants, horses, success in the auspicious rendering activities with the blessings of the king (Gov ernment) will be the results during this period.

षष्ठाष्टमव्यये जीवे नीचे वास्तडगंते यदि ॥ २५ ॥

पापयुक्तेऽशुभं कर्म गुरुपुत्रादिनाशनम् ।
स्थानभ्रंशो मनोदुःखमकस्मात्कलहो ध्रुवम् ॥ २६ ॥

गृहक्षेत्रादिनाशश्च वाहनाम्बरनाशनम् ।
दायेशात्केन्द्रकोणे वा दुश्चिक्ये लाभगेऽपि वा ॥ २७ ॥

भोजनाम्बरपश्वादि-लाभं सौख्यं करोति च ।
भ्रात्रादिसुखसम्पतिं धैर्यं वीर्यपराक्रमम् ॥ २८ ॥

यज्ञ- व्रत - विवाहादि-राज्यश्री- धनसम्पदः ॥ २८½ ॥

25-28½: If Jupiter is posited in the Trik houses (6,8,12) or in debilitation or combust in the Antardasa of Jupiter, unethical deeds, affliction to preceptor or children etc., destruction of place, grief or occurrence of sudden dispute will be the result. Also loss to house, agriculture fields etc., vehicle and clothes will take place. If Jupiter is placed in Angles, Trine, or in the 3rd, the 11th house from the lord of the Mahadasa, in its period, Jupiter will give the benefit of food, clothes, animals etc., happiness from brothers property, patience, efforts, religious penance, marriages etc. festive func tions, gain of wealth and property from the king (Government).

Data : Date of birth 29-5-1953; Time of birth 21.00 hrs (IST) Latitude, 28⁰-30' (N), Longitude 77°-49' (E)

The Shadbala of Jupiter is 5-63 Rupa, while the minimum requirement is 6.50 Rupa. The Avasthas are Vridha, Vikala and Upaveshana.

The Ascendant represents body. Jupiter is in the 6th house (disease). The Mahadasa lord, Moon is in the sign of debilitation and posited in the 12th house and also in the Nakshatra of Mercury (Marakesha)

while Jupiter is in the Moon's Nakshatra. In the Navamsa chart, Jupiter is the lord of the 6th house (disease) and the Moon being the lord of the Ascendant is posited in the 8th house. In Trimsamsa, Jupiter lord of the 2nd house moves to the 8th house (longevity) and Mahadasa lord Moon, owning the 6th house (disease) gone into the sign of debilitation alongwith Trinamsa's lord Saturn. The period of the Antardasa of Jupiter of the Mahadasa of the Moon runs between 7-2-1994 and 9-6-1995 and the native's (female) is passing through precarious condition. The intestines of the lady got damaged, has presistingly high fever and vomitting. She is. already a diabetic patient and her body has turned into skeleton.

दायेशाद्रिपुरन्ध्रस्ये व्यये वा बलवर्जिते ॥ २९ ॥

करोति कुत्सितान्नं च विदेशगमनं तथा ।
भुक्त्यादौ शोभनं प्रोक्तमन्ते क्लेशकरं भवेत् ॥ ३० ॥

द्वितीयद्यूननाथे च ह्यपमृत्युर्भविष्यति ।
तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं शिवसाहस्रकं जपेत् ।
स्वर्णदानमिति प्रोक्तं सर्वकष्टनिवारकम् ॥ ३१ ॥

29-31: If Jupiter is posited in the Trik house (6, 8, 12) from the Dasa lord, and also weak, in the Antardasa of Jupiter the result will be bad food, foreign travels. The beginning of the Antardasa confers happiness but the end of Dasa brings conflicts. If Jupiter is the lord of the 2nd or the 7th house, it will cause an early death. To mitigate the evil effects, recitation of the Japa of 'Shiva Sahasranama" be undertaken and gold be given in charity.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते मन्दे लग्नात्केन्द्रत्रिकोणगे ।
स्वक्षेत्रे स्वांशगे चैव मन्दे तुंगांशसंयुते ॥ ३२ ॥

शुभदृष्टयुते वाऽपि लाभे वा बलसंयुते ।
पुत्रमित्रार्थसम्पत्तिः शूद्रप्रभुसमागमात् ||३३ ॥

व्यवसायात्फलाधिक्यं गृहे क्षेत्रादिवृद्धिदम् ।
पुत्रलाभश्च कल्याणं राजानुग्रहवैभवम् ॥ ३४ ॥

32-34 : If Saturn is posited in the Angles, Trines, own or exaltation signs, in own Navamsa sign, conjunction with or aspected by the benefic planets, strong in Shadbalas and placed in the 11th house, the Antardasa of Saturn of the Mahadasa of the Moon will bestow wealth, friendship, children, success in the business at the behest of the king, increase of house and agricultural land, welfare, attainment of status with the blessings of the king etc.

षष्ठाष्टमव्यये मन्दे नीचे वा धनगेऽपि वा ।
तद्भुक्त्यादौ पुण्यतीर्थे स्नानं चैव तु दर्शनम् ॥ ३५ ॥

अनेकजनत्रासश्च शस्त्रपीडा भविष्यति ॥ ३५ ½ ॥

35-35½ : If Saturn's position in the 6th, the 8th or 12th house or in debilitation sign or the 2nd house, the Antardasa of Saturn will cause visits to holy places, attrocities from different persons and trouble from the enemies.

दायेशात्केन्द्रराशिस्थे त्रिकोणे बलगेऽपि वा ॥ ३६ ॥

क्वचित्सौख्यं धनाप्तिश्च दारपुत्रविरोधकृत् ।
द्वितीयद्यूनरन्ध्रस्थे देहबाधा भविष्यति ॥ ३७ ॥

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं मृत्युञ्जयजपं चरेत् ।
कृष्णां गां महिषीं दद्याद्दानेनारोग्यमादिशेत् ॥ ३८ ॥

36-38: If Saturn is posited at Angle or Trine from the lord of the Mahadasa, the Antardasa of Saturn will at time, provide comforts, gain of wealth opposition of wife and children. Placement of Saturns in the 2nd, the 7th or the 8th house, brings body pains. Recitation of Mrityunjaya or Goddess Kali Mantras and donation of cow, buffalo (female) etc. in charity will help warding off the evil effects and providing sound health.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते सौम्ये केन्द्रलाभत्रिकोणगे ।
स्वर्क्षे निजांशके सौम्ये तुंगे वा बलसंयुते ॥ ३९ ॥

धनागमो राजमानप्रियवस्त्रादिलाभकृत् ।
विद्याविनोदसद्गोष्ठी ज्ञानवृद्धिः सुखावहा ॥ ४० ॥

सन्तानप्राप्तिः सन्तोषो वाणिज्याद्धनलाभकृत् ।
वाहनच्छत्रसंयुक्तनानालंकार-लाभकृत् ॥ ४१ ॥

39-41 : Mercury's position in Angle, Trine, the 11th house, own, exaltation or Navamsa sign and also powerful in Shadbalas will attribute gain of wealth, felicitation of king, contentment of choiced apparel, debate overs Shastras, (scholarly works) intensi fication of the knowledge, birth of a child, satisfaction, profitable business, acquisition of costly vehicles duly decorated with various gadgets in the Antardasa of Mercury of the Mahadasa of the Moon.

दायेशात्केन्द्रकोणे वा लाभे वा धनगेऽपि वा ।
विवाहो यज्ञदीक्षा च दानधर्मशुभादिकम् ॥ ४२ ॥

राजप्रीतिकरश्चैव विद्वज्जनसमागमः ।
मुक्तामणिप्रवालानि वाहनाम्बरभूषणम् ॥ ४३ ॥

आरोग्यप्रीतिसौख्यं च सोमपानादिकं सुखम् ॥ ४३½ ॥

42-43½: If Mercury is situated at Angle, Trines, the 2nd or the 11th house from the lord of the Mahadasa (the Moon) in its Antardasa, there will be marriage, and accomplishment of Yagna' (offering oblations into fire), charity etc. types of pious deeds. Company of the scholarly group of persons those pleases the king, acquisition of gems like pearls, coral, ruby etc., vehicles, clothes, ornaments, sound health, love, comforts and consuming of Soma Rasa' (Alcohol) are the other results discernable during the Antardasa of Saturn.

दायेशाद्रिपुरन्ध्रस्थे व्यये वा नीचगेऽपि वा ॥ ४४ ॥

तद्भुक्तौ देहबाधा च कृर्षिगोभूमिनाशनम् ।
कारागृहप्रवेशश्च दारपुत्रादिपीडनम् ॥ ४५ ॥

द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु ज्वरपीडा महद्भयम् ।
छागदानं प्रकुर्वीत विष्णुसाहस्रकं जपेत् ॥ ४६ ॥

44-46: From Mahadasa lord if, Saturn is posited in Trik houses (6, 8, 12) or in debilitation, its Antardasa will cause body Fache, destruction of crops, cow, land, imprisonment, trouble of wife and children. Being the lord of the 2nd or the 7th house, pains through fever or great fear is experienced. To mellow down its evil effects, donation of goat in charity and recitation of Lord Vishnu's Sahasra Nama be performed.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते केतौ केन्द्रलाभत्रिकोणगे ।
दुश्चिक्ये बलसंयुक्ते धनलाभं महत्सुखम् ॥ ४७ ॥

पुत्रदारादिसौख्यं च विधिकर्म करोति च ।
भुक्त्यादौ धनहानिः स्यान्मध्यगे सुखमाप्नुयात् ॥ ४८ ॥

47-48 : If Ketu is placed in the Angle, the Trine or the 11th, the 3rd house and possessing strength, the Antardasa of Ketu of the Mahadasa of the Moon will provide gain of wealth, great enjoyment, happiness to wife and children, religious deeds and the beginning of the Antardasa will cause loss of wealth and in the middle, will bring high level of comforts.

दायेशात्केन्द्रलाभे वा त्रिकोणे बलसंयुते ।
क्वचित्फलं दशादौ तु दद्यात् सौख्यं धनगमम् ॥ ४९ ॥

गोमहिष्यादिलाभं च भुक्त्यन्ते चार्थनाशनम् ॥ ४९½ ॥

49-49½ : In the event of Antardasa lord is place at Angle, Trine or the 11th house from the Mahadasa lord and is endowed with strength, the beginning of Antardasa brings about the benefits of wealth, comforts and animals like, cow, buffalo (female) etc., and there will be loss of wealth towards the end of Antardasa.

पापयुक्तेऽथवा दृष्टे दायेशाद्रन्ध्ररिःफगे ॥ ५० ॥

शत्रुतः कार्यहानिः स्यादकस्मात्कलहो ध्रुवम् ।
द्वितीयद्यूनराशिस्थे ह्यनारोग्यं महद्भयम् ॥५१ ॥

मृत्युञ्जयजपं कुर्यात् सर्वसम्पत्प्रदायकम् ।
ततः शान्तिमवाप्नोति शंकरस्य प्रसादतः ॥ ५२ ॥

50-52 : Should the lord of Antardasa be at the 6th or the 8th house from the lord of the Mahadasa and in conjunction with or aspected by the malefic planets, in that case there will defintely be the loss in the venture through the enemies and befall of sudden calamity. The same Ketu if posited in the 2nd or the 7th house, physical ailment, great fear will be the effects. In this critical period, the recitation (Japa) of Mrityunjaya Matras (Vedic hymns), the evil effects will get mellowed down with the blessings of Lord Shiva.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते शुक्रे केन्द्रलाभत्रिकोणगे ।
स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रगे वापि राज्यलाभं करोति च ॥ ५३ ॥

महाराजप्रसादेन वाहनाम्बरभूषणम् ।
चतुष्पाज्जीवलाभः स्याद्दारपुत्रादिवर्धनम् ॥ ५४ ॥

नूतनागारनिर्माणं नित्यं मिष्ठान्नभोजनम् ।
सुगन्धपुष्पमाल्यादिरम्यस्त्रयारोग्यसम्पदम् ॥ ५५ ॥

53-55 : During the Antardasa of Venus of the Mahadasa of the Moon, if Venus is posited in Angle, Trine, the 11th house, own or exalted sign, there will be gain of kingdom (high placement) acquisition of vehicle, clothes and ornaments with the generosity of the king. Besides, increase of animals, pleasure of the wife, increase of children, construction of new mansion, meals with sweet every day, will receive strings of fragrant flowers, beautiful wife and sound health will be the other results.

दशाधिपेन संयुक्ते देहसौख्यं महत्सुखम् ।
सत्कीर्तिसुखसम्पत्तिगृहक्षेत्रादिवृद्धिकृत् ॥ ५६ ॥

56: If Venus is placed with the lord of the Mahadasa (the Moon) there will be improvement in the physical comforts, fame, happiness, property, house, agriculture etc.

नीचे वाऽस्तंगते शुक्रे पापग्रहयुतेक्षिते ।
भूनाशः पुत्रमित्रादिनाशनं पत्निनाशनम् ॥ ५७ ॥

चतुष्पाज्जीवहानिः स्याद्राजद्वारे विरोधकृत् ॥ ५७½ ॥

57-57½ : The position of Venus in debilitation, or combust and also combined with or aspected by the malefic planets, destruction or loss of land, children, friend, wife, animals and confrontation with the king will be the results.

धनस्थानगते शुक्रे स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रसंयुते ॥ ५८ ॥

निधिलाभं महत्सौख्यं भूलाभं पुत्रसम्भवम् ।
भाग्यलाभाधिपैर्युक्ते भाग्यवृद्धिः करोत्यसौ ॥ ५९ ॥

महाराजप्रसादेन स्वेष्टसिद्धिः सुखावहा ।
देवब्राह्मणभक्तिश्च मुक्ताविद्रुमलाभकृत् ॥ ६० ॥

58-60 : If Venus is posited in the 2nd house, in own or exalted sign, gain of hidden treasure (underground), abundant comforts, profit of land, child birth are the possible results. The conjunction with the lord of the 9th or the 11th house, rise in the fortune, comforts on the behest of the king, success in the work of own liking, worship of God and Brahmin, gain of pearl or gems like coral etc. will be the out come of the Antardasa.

दायेशाल्लाभगे शुक्रे त्रिकोणे केन्द्रगेऽपि वा ।
गृहक्षेत्राभिवृद्धिश्च वित्तलाभो महत्सुखम् ॥ ६१ ॥

61: Venus position in Angles, Trines, the 11th house, from the lord of the Mahadasa lord, increase in land and property, gain of wealth and abundant happiness will be the effects.

दायेशाद्रिपुरन्धस्थे व्येय वा पापसंयुते ।
विदेशवासदुःखातिमृत्युचौरादिपीडनम् ॥ ६२ ॥

62 : If Venus is posited in a Trik house (6,8,12) from the lord of the Mahadasa (the Moon), banishment to an alien country, sarrows, death and danger from thieves and snakes will be the results.

द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु अपमृत्युभयं भवेत् ।
तद्दोषविनिवृत्त्यर्थं रुद्रजाप्यं च कारयेत् ॥ ६३ ॥

श्वेतां गां रजतं दद्याच्छान्तिमाप्नोत्यसंशयः ।
शंकरस्य प्रसादेन नाऽत्र कार्या विचारणा ॥ ६४ ॥

63-64 : if Venus is the lord of the 2nd or the 7th house, danger of death is there and to alleviate the evil effects, recitation of hymns in praise of Lord Shiva, charity of white cow and silver be resorted to and with the blessings of Lord Shiva, peace will undoubtedly, prevail.

In Sagittarius or Pisces Ascendant, Venus becomes the lord of the 6th, the 11th house and the 3rd, the 8th house respectively. Therefore, the results of Venus are not felt but on the other hand, it will also cause the adverse effects.

On acquiring the lordship of the 2nd and 7th houses (Aries Ascendant), there will be a lurking danger of death. When Venus combined with or aspected by the malefic planets and posited in malefic houses (6,8) such effects will get intensified.

For the natives with the Leo Ascendant, the evil effects embodied in the Shlokas are of not much consequences because here Venus will be the lord of the 3rd and the 10th houses and the Venus will not give results of the Angular house (10th) but the effect of the 3rd house will be more pronounced which will keep the native extremely busy in the business activities and extensive touring. Native exerting maximum efforts for the expansion of the business is the result of the Antardasa of the Venus though he will not draw much benefit out of it.

चन्द्रस्यान्तर्गते भानौ स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रसंयुते ।
केन्द्र त्रिकोणे लाभे वा धने वा सोदरालये ॥ ६५ ॥

नष्टराज्यधनप्राप्तिर्गृहे कल्याणशोभनम् ।
मित्रराजप्रसादेन ग्रामभूम्यादिलाभकृत् ॥ ६६ ॥

गर्भाधानफलप्राप्तिर्गृहे लक्ष्मीः कटाक्षकृत् ।
भुक्त्यन्ते देह आलस्यं ज्वरपीडा भविष्यति ॥ ६७ ॥

65-67: If the Sun is exalted or in own sign or posited in Angle, Trine or in the 11th, the 2nd or the 3rd, the native will regain the lost kingdom or wealth, welfare at home, gain of control over the village and land with the favour of friends and the king and birth of child, abundant wealth at home will be the effects of the Antardasa of the Sun.

दायेशादपि रन्ध्रस्थे व्यये वा पापसंयुते ।
नृपचौराहिभीतिश्च ज्वररोगादिसम्भवः ॥ ६८ ॥

विदेशगमने चार्ति लभते न संशयः ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु ज्वरपीडा भविष्यति ॥ ६९ ॥

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं शिवपूजां च कारयेत् ।
ततः शान्तिमवाप्नोति शंकरस्य प्रसादतः ॥ ७० ॥

68-70 : From the lord of the Mahadasa, if the Sun duly conjunct with the malefic planet, if is posited in the 8th or the 12th house, danger from the king, thief, snake, fever like ailments, are the possibilities. Besides, the foreign travelling will be agonising. Should the Sun be the 2nd or the 7th house, pains from fever will be the result. To alleviate the severty of the ill effects, worship of lord Shiva be undertaken. By resorting to such pious and noble deeds kindness of Lord Shiva will be betowed upon the native.
